## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责债券类策略的开发与实施；
- 负责利率衍生品的交易与对冲;
- 协助处理公司内部交易相关的事务；
- 参与部门系统开发和优化；
- 严格遵守合规和风险管控要求。 任职资格
- 硕士及以上学历，数理统计、金融工程、金融等相关专业；
- 具备1-3年债券市场的交易实务经验，具备独立管理利率类交易账户的经验与能力，有一定量化开发基础；
- 有志于从事交易工作，拥有强烈的钻研精神和求知欲望，吃苦耐劳，能够承受投资、交易工作压力；
- 具备境外债券市场的交易与研究经验者优先。
