## Job description

岗位职责
- 完成本岗位的各项公司业务指标，并达到考核要求
- 独立策划对公客户的营销方案并组织实施
- 拓展客户来源，做好本行的产品及业务推广
- 维护分行当前客户的客户关系，保证与价值客户的长期合作
- 做好风险控制，对授信客户进行日常的贷后检查 任职资格
- 本科以上学历
- 有3-5年金融从业经验，熟悉银行对公相关业务
- 抗压能力、沟通协调和推动执行能力强，有一定管理能力
- 职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法违纪行为
