## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责单证的增设审核、征订受理、入库接受、领用分发、回收接收、使用追踪、遗失检视、作废审核等作业工作；
- 负责档案的归档接受、入库盘点、调阅查询、遗失检视和销毁处理等作业工作；
- 负责本机构预约业务的远程处理，渠道人员作业指导、评价追踪回访和投诉处理工作；
- 负责理赔远程作业支持工作；
- 其他因公司需要安排的关于门店合规类专项工作；
- 上级安排的其他相关工作； 任职资格
- 大学本科及以上学历；
- 具备承保、理赔、客户服务工作经验者优先；
- 工作严谨、认真，责任心强。
