## Job description

岗位职责
- 处理客户来电查询 (包括一般查询、异议查询、预约查询、商务查询、机构查询(B端)）
- 处理客户电邮查询 (工作内容如上)
- 处理客户APP异议申请 (发起工单、跟进处理进度、回复客户)
- 处理客户Credit Freeze 申请(发工单，完成冻结，分享给其余CRA)
- 处理临柜客户 (包括报告调用、异议、报告查询)
- 警察报告调用(下线获取报告, 每兩個月有100-200 隻作batch 提取報告，另外每月大概10隻-40隻 逐單查詢的)
- B端客户开户申请(包括Mem-test、production)
- B端客户账户维护 (包括重设密码等)
- 系统相关-system enhance，提需求，写BRD（机构用户管理系统、工单系统、统计系统) 10）系统相关 - 所有有关系统的UAT 11) 参与设计APP退费流程 12）参与设计警察mini portal 13) 人工到运输处获取运输处数据及手工录入、复核 14）各类运营手册维护 15）手工支持SME KYC报告制作及对接北上征信机构 16）计费系统优化项目 任职资格 1、 持有商业/金融相关学科之学位 2、 2-3年客服中心的相关经验/如果候选人经验较少但具有良好潜力和资格也会被考虑 3、 熟悉信贷产品（信贷报告/信贷评分）和运营/服务提升，并具有持续改进的动力 4、 以客户为中心 5、 优秀的沟通、分析、组织和管理能力 6、 良好的中英文书写能力 7、 精通英语和汉语口语（粤语和普通话）
