## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责开拓并维护批量获客渠道，建立长期、稳定、良好的合作关系；
- 负责向合作渠道宣导我行消费金融业务规划及相关产品政策等，做好渠道培训支持及其他相关服务、按要求定期落实消费金融合作渠道检视管理等相关工作；
- 负责团队日常业务的跟进和推动，达成创利和KPI指标、达成交叉销售业务目标；
- 落实合规及风险管理工作要求，确保业务团队合法合规。 任职资格
- 原则上要求为全日制本科及以上学历；
- 三年以上信贷业务经验或团队管理经验；
- 优秀的团队管理能力和市场开拓能力，较强的风险识别和解决问题能力；
- 从业历史记录佳，经办的贷款质量良好。
