## Job description

岗位职责
- 商业项目的管理工作，招商、营运和物业管理方面的工作达到总部下发标准要求；
- 作为股东方，负责区域内股权投资商业项目的管理，与项目管理方进行定期沟通，监督预算和商业计划书的执行；
- 作为受托方，代表委托方管理特定资产包的商业项目，监督管理团队的执行情况，达成委托方对收益方面的要求；
- 配合投资团队，对拟投资的商业项目进行前期策划行为和投资测算。 任职资格
- 有头部知名商管企业的任职履历和购物中心的运营经验；
- 具有良好的项目操盘和资产管理经验；
- 全日制统招本科及以上学历。
