## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责中心整体业务规划并确保业务实施，包括但不限于带领前台团队进行项目开拓，确保项目落地；
- 带领中台团队，根据客户需求，形成产品方案，并细化的目标客群转化路径，对最终的中心KPI负责；
- 负责中心整体人员管理、团队考核、合规风控管理等。 任职资格
- 熟悉互联网金融业务合作模式，包括但不限于支付结算、账户服务、理财业务、贷款业务等；熟悉客户线上运营产品及工具，有5年以上互联网或银行工作经验；

### 协调能力
- 能够基于客户需求在总分行进行资源协调，具有较强的资源整合能力；

### 商务资源
- 有互联网或同类平台企业的合作资源，能够独立去拓展渠道。
