## Job description

岗位职责
- 主导云原生平台、智算平台规划与架构设计，推动K8S、智算平台生态技术的持续演进；
- 负责Kubernetes集群的全生命周期管理，包括部署、升级、扩缩容、多集群管理及高可用设计；
- 深入解决云原生平台智算平台在生产环境中的各类疑难问题，保障平台的安全、稳定与高性能；
- 推动Serverless化、sandbox、容器运行时等前沿技术的落地，持续优化平台资源利用率与成本。
- 参与LLM推理引擎优化，通过PD分离、EP并行、算子调优、网络或存储调优等技术提高推理引擎性能降低Tokens单位成本。 任职资格
- 计算机、人工智能等相关专业，本科及以上学历，硕士或以上学历优先；
- 深入理解云原生架构、智算或算法平台，精通GPU容器运行时、Kubernetes、Hived、Volcano等云原生技术，有大规模生产级集群实战经验；
- 有推理引擎设计或研发经验，熟悉vLLM、SGlang、TensorRT、Dynamo、MindIE等推理引擎，熟悉PD分离、大EP、AF分离、KVCache等推理加速技术；
- 熟悉Linux操作系统底层原理，对容器网络（CNI）、容器存储（CSI）有深入研究；
- 出色的沟通能力，善于跨团队协作，具有支持多团队云原生、AI项目的经验优先。
