## Job description

岗位职责
- 承接和维护分层经营客户，保持客户资产规模并取得增长，增加营收、提高客户忠诚度；
- 以客户为中心，不断挖掘和满足客户需求，为客户提供个性化的投资建议和理财方案，实现客户财富的保值增值；
- 全方面满足客户需求，开展交叉销售，以资产配置方式向客户销售银行和集团各子公司金融产品，促进客户升级。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 从事理财投资、理财经理 3 年以上工作经验、服务营销能力强，有财富理财经验、银保销售经验者优先
- 具备基金从业资格证；有 AFP、CFP 等相关理财从业资格证者优先。
