## Job description

岗位职责
- 本科及以上学历
- 有带领业务团队进行产品推广及业务拓展经验者优先考虑
- 有业务经验者优先考虑
- 思维敏捷、沟通能力强、有一定领导能力 任职资格
- 负责咨询顾问的培训和日常的业务辅导；
- 负责本组的合规工作；
- 执行公司各项规章制度；
- 制定及分配小组计划，并做好指标的检视工作；
- 协助咨询顾问处理内部关系、客户关系
