### 岗位职责 负责主管、顾问招募推动，包括但不限于

招募目标分解、渠道管理、活动组织、进度追踪、负责组织制式/非制式培训，开发培训材料、顾问养成等 任职资格
- 本科以上学历
- 具备前线人发/培训/人管/业推类岗位类经验优先
- 具备良好的沟通、协作、执行力
