## Job description

岗位职责
- 保险、金融专业优先，本科及以上学历
- 从事金融保险1年或其他经济工作2年以上
- 具有良好的敬业精神和职业道德操守，责任心、事业心强
- 有寿险、健康险公司营销部、督导、组训等工作经验的优先考虑
- 具备扎实的保险理论知识，具有一定的数据分析整合能力，较强的语言表达、沟通协调能力 任职资格
- 寿险渠道业务推动，所负责片区保费达成计划目标。
- 辅导训练（业务员新产品培训、课程开发授课）。
- 业务拓展（客户关系建立维护）。
- 续期业务推动及专业支持。
- 产品支持。
- 相关契约、保全问题件沟通与追踪。
