## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责综拓渠道零售贷款等业务的管理和推动工作，合规开展各项业务经营。
- 深入分析渠道客户画像，以客户为中心结合主业场景制定获客规划、营销推广方案及全流程执行落地。
- 综拓渠道日常维护、了解渠道经营节奏制定匹配计划，形成协同机制，促客户迁徙率，提升获客绝对量。
- 通过数据复盘、对比进行归因及兄弟分行优秀学习，及时案例学习及复制。
- 定期开展渠道合规检查，确保渠道业务开展流程及执行符合总行要求。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，统计、数学、计算机、工商管理等专业优先；
- 拥有两年以上银行、金融相关行业经验；
- 具有良好的数据敏感度，具备良好的分析研究报告撰写及演讲能力；
- 具有较强的学习能力，逻辑思维和沟通协调能力，善于跨团队、跨部门协作。
