## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助部经理完成各项管理和业务推动发展工作，达成营业部KPI指标
- 负责为营业部业务人员提供业务支持，督导其业务全流程
- 负责营业部业务人员的业务技能培训
- 负责营业部团队建设，确保团队稳健发展
- 落实执行公司各项政策和制度，负责营业部内各项合规工作，防范各类风险

### 完成公司安排的其它事项 任职资格 教育程度
- 本科及以上（含学位证） 相关经验：4年以上金融从业经历，其中2年以上管理经验； 专业能力：具有丰富的信贷知识、企业财务及管理知识、宏观经济知识 核心能力：较强的市场开拓能力、丰富的营销团队管理能力、良好的沟通能力
