## Job description

岗位职责
- 承担科室对应的KPI指标

### 私募产品全流程管理
- 私募尽调筛选、准入、货架管理以及存续期管理

### 分行赋能和产品培训
- 支持分行相关产品的培训和答疑
- 监管检查应对以及消保事件处理 任职资格
- 研究生及以上学历，金融相关专业或者数学相关专业优先；
- 熟悉各类资产以及各类策略，熟悉资管类产品相关法律法规，有5-8年银行、信托、证券相关产品经验优先，有团队管理经验；
- 原则性强，具有较强的敬业精神以及较好的逻辑思维、团队管理和沟通协调能力；善于学习和接受新事物，敢于创新和挑战。无严重违规违纪及不良从业记录。
