## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责小微企业主及个人信用类产品营销、客户开拓和维护；
- 聚焦商机营销和存量客户经营，包括意向客户挖掘转化、业务经办承接；
- 负责客户业务受理与贷前调查工作，如实介绍 产品并告知客户相关权益和义务；
- 落实贷款业务经办承办、贷中、贷后管理，为客户提供综合服务，提升存量客户续借复贷等；
- 落实合规及风险管理工作要求，确保业务合法合规；
- 上级及领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上，特别优秀者放宽至大专；
- 具备银行零售贷款、普惠、对公工作经验者优先；
- 无违规违纪处罚。
