## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责所管辖区域汽车融资租赁业务的销售工作，开发、建设与维护与当地二手车交易市场、二手车行的关系，并及时协调工作中出现的问题，完成总部下达的销售目标；
- 结合属地竞争情况，不断推动产品，风控，系统等各流程优化，提高平安租赁属地市场占有率；
- KA客户及行业协会，市场方客情维护，提高品牌影响力，助推业务发展；

### 属地风险管控及舆情监控
- 维护与所管辖区域的本地媒体的公共关系，有效进行市场运作，制定当地的市场推广计划及方案，及时向总部反馈当地的市场动态。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历； 2.3年以上汽车金融从业经验，熟悉当地二手车市场及车金融业态，过往业绩优秀，无违规稽查等不良记录； 3.2年以上中大型管理经验（有同业经验优先），队伍管理意识及经验良好。
