## Job description

岗位职责 工作职责1、负责管理客户业务团队，在遵守合规和风险管理要求 的前提下开展业务； 2、负责达成团队的销售任务； 3、负责客户业务拓展，策划并组织所辖团队实施营销活 动； 4、负责所辖团队建设和人才培养，以及产品、技能、政 策的培训。 任职资格
- 金融、会计、统计、管理或相关专业全日制大学本科 （含） 及以上学历；
- 具有5年以上银行或金融行业一线销售经验（含3年 以上营销管理经验）；
- 职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法违纪行为，无处 罚记录。
- 综合素质优秀者，条件可适当放宽。
