## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责业务线索全生命周期管理，包括线索获取、清洗、去重、分层、流转、分配和跟进，提升线索转化效率。
- 搭建和优化线索运营体系，持续完善线索分级、分层、分群机制，推动线索从获取到成交的闭环管理。
- 负责线索质量评估与效果分析，通过数据复盘发现问题，优化投放、渠道和销售跟进策略。
- 管理线索运营相关工具和系统，保障线索数据准确、流转顺畅，并推动团队提升线索处理效率。
- 协同各关联方优化线索分配机制，减少线索浪费，提高资源利用效率。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，2年及以上线索运营、用户运营、销售运营或相关业务运营经验，金融行业背景优先。
- 熟悉线索全链路运营流程，能够独立做线索数据拆解、漏斗分析，输出落地优化方案。
- 具备优秀的逻辑思维和数据分析能力，能够通过数据发现问题、总结规律，并提出优化建议
- 熟悉 Excel 或 SQL 数据处理工具，有 CRM或类似系统使用经验优先。
- 工作细致、责任心强，具备目标感和结果导向意识，能够承受一定的业务压力。
