## Job description

岗位职责
- 制定、分解分行各经营单位目标、体系，包括制定部门考核绩效体系及统筹零售支行考核体系制定及预算分解；
- 通报分行及经营单位各项指标达成，对关键指标进行分析预测、追踪检视等，提供管理决策建议；
- 撰写各类经营分析报告，发掘经营亮点与不足；
- 在分行财务企划部统筹安排下，落实零售条线业务费用预算的规划、下发、追踪和管控；对零售营销费用进行审核管理、优化投产；贷款渠道费用审核与投产追踪；
- 统筹征集并反馈给总行对经营目标、报表等方面的建议、承接零售条线的数据报表的管理与优化。 任职资格 1、2年以上金融相关工作经验； 2、具备较强的执行能力； 3、有一定的财务基础、财务实务操作经验，擅长财务分析； 4、数据分析能力强，思维逻辑性强，统筹协调能力强； 5、有较强的沟通协调能力、团队合作能力；熟练运用PPT、EXCEL等；
- 职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法违纪行为。
