## Job description

岗位职责
- 企业级客户开发与管理，负责民营企业、外资企业等中大型客户的全周期开发，达成相应的销售目标；
- 挖掘企业用车场景（高管用车、员工福利、商务接待等）设计经营性租赁解决方案；
- 维护头部客户战略合作关系，跨部门落实交付及运营服务；
- 属地销售团队赋能带教，制定区域销售计划，输出可复制打法，推动区域目标达成。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上B端大客户销售经验，汽车租赁、企业服务（运力、物业、人力外包）行业优先；
- 具备外资企业和大型民企客户资源，操盘单项目年合作额≥500万案例；
- 能精准拆解企业用车成本结构，设计降本增效提案；
- 曾负责区域团队培训或标准化体系建设，具备5人以上团队搭建及管理经验优先；
- 热爱销售工作，目标感强，学习能力佳，突破性强，有良好的沟通、协调、组织能力。
