## Job description

岗位职责
- 针对“福利沉睡”问题，制定客户活动方案，痛点挖掘与协助解决、营销策划等，提升企康消耗活化；
- 建立医健知识库，定期开展业务培训，提升一线人员医健协销能力；
- 前线赋能，重点客户陪访，赋能重点商机孵化；
- 监控服务使用率、院外GMV、迁移率各项指标，制定提升方案，对后80各项指标、业绩达成负责； 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备较强的沟通能力，责任心强，有较强抗压能力；
- 其他日常工作。
