## Job description

### 岗位职责 1，诉讼案件（包括主诉、被诉）对接处理

作为诉讼案件主办人，对所负责的每个诉讼案件从立案、开庭、判决全流程主导、跟进、推动，负责证据收集、事实还原、文书写作和审查、案件报告、内外沟通等全面事项。 2，特资等非诉项目审查：作为法审人员，对分配的资产清收处置、债权债务重整等各类项目进行交易结构、法律尽调、处置方案、合同文本的合规合法性审查，出具法律意见。 3，法律机制管理：优化、完善公司对法律事务管理的机制，包括但不限于制定各类法律制度、流程、实施细则，促进公司法律事务有序、高效开展。 4，重大、疑难法律问题专项工作：对于公司遇到的重大、疑难法律问题，组织、参与专项工作，形成处理方案。 5，各类与法律相关的公文写作、PPT汇报、数据统计分析等工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，具备法律专业背景，通过司法考试，有法院、律所、公司法务等司法实务工作经验者优先。
- 法律相关工作经验3年以上，有资产清收处置、破产重整等工作经验者优先。
- 具备较强的逻辑思维能力、沟通协调能力、抗压能力、表达能力和团队协作能力。
- 责任心强，踏实肯干，具有良好的职业道德。
