## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据产品要求完成后端的研发、上线及维护工作；
- 编写功能技术文档，进行相关软件开发、集成流程梳理并形成手册；
- 根据业务需求对新技术进行调研、学习并运用到实际产品开发；
- 能改进团队前后端协作流程，创建技术标准和规范，保证开发质量和进度； 任职资格 1、6年以上JAVA开发经验，有大型项目研发经验优先考虑 2、熟练使用spring、springmvc、springboot、springCloudMybatis等开源框架 3、扎实的java编程基础，精通java EE 、微服务、消息中间件等相关技术 4、熟练运用标准sql，熟悉数据库设计，熟悉常用主流数据库（postgresql/mysql）
- 熟悉缓存redis、mongo等缓存设计及其应用
- 具备良好的分析解决问题能力，责任感强、爱思考、沟通能力和抗压能力，能与各种背景人员合作；
- 能熟练操作Linux服务器，安装各种软件和中间件/部署服务
- 熟悉网路架构，熟悉nginx等负载均衡软件，能快速定位程序中出现的网络问题
- 熟悉并发编程，具有高并发处理经验，具有性能优化经验
