## Job description

岗位职责

### 渠道推动
- 与核心渠道伙伴保持沟通、拜访，完善对接机制，发现商务合作需求并推动落地执行，积极推近新业务合作模式

### 服务提升
- 及时了解掌握市场同业动态，持续优化客户服务能力。通过举办培训、沙龙等各类商务活动向市场推广服务优势

### 机构支持
- 为分支机构提供渠道拓展支持，协同相关部门上线新产品，推近商机合作落地

### 业绩追踪
- 完成渠道相关业务数据的统计分析与业绩追踪

### 渠道活动
- 组织定期开展渠道发布活动
- 领导安排的其他工作 任职资格 1、本科以上学历 2、3年以上保险渠道推动的经验，具备外资中介工作经验或团体业务推动经验者优先 3、具备健康险团体保险、营销等专业知识，具备较为全面的业务与产品知识 4、具备很好的沟通能力、团队协作能力与流利的英文沟通能力
