## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责产品销售推动工作，制定产品推广策略及落地执行方案
- 负责产品达成数据的统计、汇总及分析，定期制作产品推动、方案追踪报表
- 对机构产品推动督导、追踪与答疑，确保产品政策、制度在机构端有效落地
- 完成领导交代的各项工作 任职资格
- 大学本科及以上
- 需具备保险行业相关工作经验，熟悉寿险产品推动及销售支持流程
- 具备扎实的寿险产品专业功底，精通产品设计原理、条款细节及销售逻辑
- 需认同公司文化，具备良好的抗压能力及团队协作精神
