## Job description

岗位职责
- 承接维护财富客户，保持客户资产规模并取得增长，增加营收、提高客户忠诚度；
- 通过MGM和自拓增加财富客户，促进潜力客户升级；
- 以客户为中心，不断挖掘和满足客户需求，为客户提供个性化的投资建议和理财方案，实现客户财富的保值增值；
- 全方面满足客户需求，开展交叉销售，以资产配置方式向客户销售银行和集团各子公司金融产品，促进客户资产提升；
- 积极配合和参与财富团队管理，提供合理化建议，保持积极向上的团队氛围；
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保业务品质及合规。 任职资格

### 学历
- 本科及以上学历；

### 经验
- 金融/销售/客服从业经验3年及以上，服务营销能力强，有财富理财经验者优先；

### 专业能力
- 熟悉银行产品，服务营销能力强，持有AFP、CFP等理财专业证照者优先；

### 素质要求
- 亲和力强、有服务意识和销售特质、责任心强、积极认真，抗压力强、沟通有说服力、纪律及合规意识强；

### 工作地点
- 青岛、烟台、威海、日照。
