## Job description

岗位职责
- 主导数据风控领域客户需求调研与分析，结合行业趋势，设计具备落地性的全流程解决方案，覆盖风险识别、评估、监控及应对环节，对业务KPI负责。
- 牵头跨部门协作，推动解决方案从需求拆解到上线落地，解决项目推进中的业务与技术衔接问题，保障交付质量与周期。
- 维护核心客户关系，定期沟通业务痛点，提供风险优化建议，挖掘潜在业务机会，支撑客户续约与增购。 任职资格
- 本科及以上数据、金融学历，10年以上金融行业工作经验，5年以上数据风控相关经验（如信贷风控、反欺诈、交易风控），具备数据风控业务客户资源，能独立促成团队业绩达成。
- 精通数据风控核心逻辑与常用模型（如规则引擎、机器学习模型），能独立完成复杂场景（如多头借贷、团伙欺诈）的解决方案设计，具备项目全周期交付经验。
- 具备优秀的需求转化能力与跨部门协调能力，能清晰拆解业务需求并转化为技术可落地的方案，有效推动跨团队资源协同。
- 拥有良好的沟通表达与商务谈判能力，能精准向客户传递解决方案价值，应对客户质疑并推动合作达成。
