## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责招聘和选拔具备信贷业务知识和销售能力的团队成员。制定并执行团队成员的培训计划，包括信贷政策、产品知识、销售技巧等方面的培训，提升团队整体业务水平；
- 带领团队积极拓展个人信贷业务市场，寻找新的客户资源和业务机会。制定团队的营销推广计划，组织团队成员开展营销活动，提高银行个人信贷产品的市场占有率；
- 根据银行整体信贷业务目标和市场情况，制定团队的个人信贷业务目标。将业务目标分解到每个团队成员，并制定相应的业务推进计划； 4⃣️具有合规意识、专业素养和敏锐的风险洞察力，能够及时识别团队潜在的合规风险，并具有采取有效措施进行防范和化解的能力，带领团队合规展业；

- 本科及以上学历；
- 丰富的市场开拓经验，较强的市场开拓能力、团队管理及组织能力；
- 具有3年以上零售信贷、对公、普惠业务营销相关工作经验， 丰富的市场营销专业知识，熟悉各种金融产品及相关业务；
- 沟通及表达能力佳，良好的抗压能力和团队协作能力；
- 具有跨界、重要行业或科技业务经验，业务资源丰富；
- 良好的职业道德，无不良信用记录。
