## Job description

岗位职责

### 综合管理
- 支持领导开展部门综合统筹工作，包括规划及总结撰写、制度流程梳理、跨部门工作对接、各类专项工作支持等；

### 矩阵管理
- 统筹重点公司资金管理工作要求传导、追踪、综合评价等，对接经分会、财资会、矩阵会等会议准备；支持矩阵人员管理，盘点、评价等工作；

### 资金规划
- 追踪公司资金计划制定，月/季滚动追踪资金计划达成情况，开展资金安全、结构、效率分析，并为管理层提供决策支持。 任职资格
- 硕士及以上学历，重点院校财务、金融等专业背景优先；
- 具备大型金融集团资金管理经验，熟悉金融监管政策，具备CFA/CPA/FRM 等专业资格者优先；
- 具备优秀的逻辑思维、报告编写、数据分析能力，擅长PPT/EXCEL等工具运用；
- 工作细致、责任心强，具备较强的学习、抗压能力，能够高效开展跨部门协作。
