## Job description

岗位职责
- 全面管理机构新契约与保全业务，追踪管理相关指标及日常工作；
- 按照作业指导书规定完成保全任务材料的一系列管理工作，对保全定结任务及时进行欠款追讨催办，根据要求完成数据统计填表。
- 按照作业指导书的相关要求与规定，对团、个险业务资料的各项信息进行录入及审核，对投保资料按照相关要求进行归档整理。
- 提出合理化建议，完善团、个险审核的操作流程，提高团险审核作业时效与品质，对新契约回访管理，负责回访不成功件跟踪沟通。
- 协助进行简单的团、个险审核业务数据统计及分析，结合总部要求及分公司管理要求，完成一系列运营指标分析报告。 任职资格
- 保险、金融、经济专业优先；
- 熟悉保全、客户信息相关业务制度及其他各项工作要求；
- 熟悉保全关联业务的影响、险种条款。
