## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据公司政策，统筹规划部门工作节奏，包括周计划、月计划、季度及年计划等，并督导落地执行，定期检视；
- 组织协助公司资源投放，保证总分公司经营目标达成；
- 负责营业部内的培训、各类活动组织，对经营指标负责；
- 参与项目管理与规划，配合项目规划做方案调整；
- 负责部门中心的组织发展、运营管理、绩效达成及品质把控；
- 工作地为泉州南安市，服务区域覆盖福建省南安市，由公司直接指派。 任职资格

### 学历
- 大专及以上；
- 丰富的组织管理经验，独立组织过大型客户活动；
- 善于沟通协作，执行力强，且具有较强的管理能力；
- 保险行业主管、部经理等优先。
