## Job description

### 岗位职责 ①了解客户的需求

服务高净值客户， 洞察客户财务状况、投资目标及风险偏好，建立并维护长期稳定的客户关系。 ②量身定制资产配置方案： 根据市场变化与客户需求， 为客户提供涵盖理财、基金、保险、信托等多元化产品的综合资产配置方案。 ③做好投资后的跟进服务： 进行投后服务， 解答投资疑问。 ④保障客户权益： 严格遵守监管规定及银行规章制度， 防范销售风险与合规风险，保障客户合法权益。 任职资格 ①本科及以上。 ②具备丰富的金融产品知识和产品理解能力， 熟悉资产配置的基本原理。 ③具备银行等金融行业销售类工作1年及以上经验， 或其他行业2年及以上销售经验。
