## Job description

岗位职责

### 业务推动
- 分层级追踪寿险代理人，日常业务及方案的追踪，落实重新投保业务推动，挖掘团体新保项目，达成业务相关目标；提供各类产品咨询、展业支持。

### 关系维护
- 面向所负责的寿险营业区域，开展各层级日常关系维护及重要节点沟通，增进信任，促进合作。

### 服务支持
- 及时协助处理保全、理赔、医健服务等运营支持事项。
- 完成领导交办的其他各项工作任务。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历;
- 具有1-3年寿险渠道工作经验，特别优秀者可放宽至金融行业工作经验;
- 擅长人际沟通，具备一定的辅导培训及市场策划能力，具有较强的沟通协调与业务推动能力。
