## Job description

岗位职责
- 平台订单运营管理，监测订单运营品质、订单处理时效等
- 订单运营分析，对接平台服务客诉处理，对客诉进行复盘分析，提出服务改善建议；
- 日常运营人员管理，负责外包运营人员日常培训与管理
- 平台功能优化，服务系统功能建设迭代，保障服务履约质量 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上工作经验，有平台管理、运营相关工作经验优先；
- 熟悉平台管理流程，具备较强的项目管理能力，能独立编写MRD文档；
- 具备较强的沟通协调能力，能高效资源保障项目进度及目标达成
