## Job description

岗位职责
- 在遵守合规风险管理要求的前提下，进行市场开拓、达成销售任务，维护客户关系、提升客户粘度，确保业务品质及合规服务，防范业务风险、作为第一道防线配合反洗钱等工作；
- 以管户经营为主要客户服务模式，负责承接和维护客户，积极做好到店客户的网点基础运营服务，协助组织支行现场客户活动及场外拓展客户活动；
- 以客户为中心，不断挖掘和满足客户需求，进行资产配置，为客户提供个性化的投资建议和理财方案；
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保业务品质及合规服务，协调处理客户投诉。 任职资格

### 学历
- 本科及以上学历，金融专业者优先；

### 持证
- 需持有基金从业资格证；

### 经验
- 金融行业从业经验至少1年以上，有银行从业经验或财富理财经验者优先；

### 专业能力
- 熟悉银行产品及考核体系，服务营销能力强，有丰富的业务资源，持有AFP、CFP、CFA等理财专业证照者优先；

### 素质要求
- 亲和力强、有服务意识和销售特质、责任心强、积极认真，抗压力强、沟通有说服力、纪律及合规意识强，无不良信用记录。
