## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责区域内专员的管理、培训、经营指标督导等；区域内新老客户提供答谢会组织安排，提供客户满意的售后服务等；
- 负责总分公司相关政策落地执行，制定业务拓展规划，并按计划开展业务，督导专员完成客户信息搜集、问题解决等；
- 接受公司系统的培训学习，通过专业知识技能学习，不断提升自身管理能力，独立完成组织内专员管理；
- 工作地为泉州丰泽区，服务区域覆盖福建省泉州市丰泽区、鲤城区、洛江区、泉港区、惠安县等，由公司直接指派。 任职资格

### 学历
- 大专及以上；
- 丰富的组织管理经验，独立组织过大型客户活动，善于沟通协作，执行力强，且具有较强的管理能力；
- 不属于保险行业协会不准录用的黑名单人员；
- 保险行业主管、部经理优先。
