## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据总行业务发展需求，统筹相关队伍发展、管理、考核；
- 搭建分行PWA队伍，制定分行PWA队伍发展计划，实施队伍增员招聘，与分行HR条线协调沟通，对接分行招聘流程，进行队伍梯队建设、发展规划等工作；
- 负责队伍相关指标推动及活动量的专项管理及督导等。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备猎头公司相关经验或寿险公司人力发展经验；
- 熟练掌握办公软件，具备统筹协调、沟通管理能力，具有较强抗压能力；
- 无违法违纪行为，有良好的职业操守和合规意识。
