## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责执行业务规划落地，并监测业务推动的效果；
- 负责业务督导及过程管理，具有较强的责任心以及组织推动、协调沟通能力；
- 负责产品解读、销售流程梳理及优化，开展外勤团队的业务培训，协同开展各渠道业务经营；
- 具有政策敏锐度，能快速响应并优化产品政策。 任职资格
- 熟悉零售贷款产品体系，推动经验，市场风险等，有相关零售信贷产品经理经验优先；
- 具有较强的责任心以及较强的组织推动和协调沟通能力，抗压能力强；
- 有较强的数据分析和文字功底，能够熟练运用PPT、Excel等工具；
- 职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法违纪行为。
