## Job description

岗位职责
- 制定理赔调查制度及作业流程、标准SOP等；
- 负责机构理赔调查指导，对机构调查人员进行考核、管理，提升调查队伍专业能力；组建调查重案团队，指导重案、高风险案件调查；
- 建立调查规则、模型，精准调查；
- 调查系统建设，指标体系建设；
- 调查供应商管理；
- 领导安排的其他工作。 任职资格 1、大学本科以上学历，保险、法律、刑侦、医学或部分理工科专业； 2、3年以上总部调查管理工作经验； 3、具备保险和调查相关专业知识，熟练运用日常办公软件； 4、具有较强的责任心和主动性，良好的沟通协调能力、信息收集能力。
