## Job description

岗位职责
- 推动机构反洗钱工作的落实，组织相关部门和人员落实大额和可疑交易报告，客户身份识别及客户信息和交易记录保存等工作，指导、管理所辖分支机构反洗钱工作。
- 对机构新制度、新业务，新产品、新流程进行合规评估，开展专项和常规合规检视工作，事前规避风险。
- 参与机构重要业务活动和项目，监测，评估合规风险，提供合规支持意见。
- 根据监管要求及机构自身需要，制定本机构的合规政策、合规管理手册等，
- 配合总公司对机构的合规检查及重大合规案件督办工作，独立进行权限范围内的合规案件督办工作。
- 负责对机构人员的合规培训宣传，在本机构培育、宣传合规文化。
- 按时向总公司上报合规月报，及时汇报已发生或潜在的合规风险，合规事件。
- 负责监管的日常沟通和政策评估，为机构经营管理提供合规建议。
- 对所辖支机构的合规事务进行指导，管理。 任职资格
- 全日制本科学历；
- 法学、金融、审计、计算机、经济等专业，法学及通过国家司法考试者优先；
- 思维清晰、严密，表达能力强，具备较好的个人展示能力；
- 具备良好的服务意识与沟通协调能力；
- 具有保险公司或相关金融单位2年以上合规管理或风控稽核工作经验者优先。
