## Job description

岗位职责

### 医健培训
- 搭建医健培训体系、普及临床医学知识、提炼医健产品优势、推广医健服务案例；

### 业务自拓
- 个人及团队业务拓展；院端创新业务拓展；

### HMC推广
- 组建先锋体验小组、开展陪跑训练营、落地标准化推广流程、常态化活动运营；

### IP打造
- 总结医健脚本，提供热点咨询，爆款视频制作；

### 公司项目参与
- 参与BBC、政保等项目，陪同展业、服务宣导、撰写医健服务方案、行销支持。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，医学相关专业或从业经验；
- 有医师资格证、药师资格证、健康管理师证等相关证件的优先考虑；
- 积极主动，抗压能力强，具备客户思维，学习及沟通表达能力强。
