## Job description

岗位职责
- 为金融保险、汽车维修等行业提供汽车后市场的业务及产品解决方案，协助客户分析业务难点，通过产品设计为客户提供商业价值，为公司提效、增收；
- 负责平台（商家端/供应链端）的产品规划与迭代，制定中长期发展路线图；
- 深度调研品牌商、供应商、维修厂等B端用户需求与痛点，输出立项报告、产品需求文档和原型图。
- 协同业务、研发、测试、共同资源等团队，推动产品从设计到上线的全过程，确保项目目标达成；
- 数据敏感，实时关注产品线上反馈，通过数据分析，进行业务决策，驱动产品优化迭代。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，3年产品经理工作经验；
- 理解B2B电商交易逻辑，有独立负责复杂B端产品或核心模块从0到1的经验，具备出色的业务流程抽象和系统设计能力；
- 强烈的责任心和执行力，拥有优秀的沟通能力、良好的文字功底，以及跨部门协作和项目管理能力，能驱动技术、运营、业务等多团队合作；
- 熟悉汽车后市场（如维保、汽车零配件交易）的行业特性和业务模式；
- 具备较强的抗压能力，能够深入一线门店调研真实业务痛点；
- 有车险理赔相关经验，或汽车后市场、B2B电商或供应链SAAS产品经验者优先。
