## Job description

岗位职责
- 设计、组织、实施项目2C推动方案、制定2CF销售策划方案。
- 组织开展宣导会，对客户进行宣讲；小群体的营销推动、个人营销及圈层经营。
- 开展驻场销售，做好2C端客户服务，投诉、咨询处理。 任职资格
- 大专以上学历，有1-3年工作经验，
- 担任保险销售、保理业务销售、直接销售、销售管理、市场营销、销售支持，
- 熟悉营销与销售技能-销售管理-客户发展，
- 具备领悟融会、规划策划、沟通协作、商敏直觉、动手实战、创新变革的能力。
- 具备责任担当、勤奋努力、魄力决断、主动挑战、抗压耐力的性格。
