## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据行内公司业务发展战略和统一部署，制定公司业务团队营销规划，并带领所在团队开展营销工作，搭建渠道，拓展客户，完成各项经营管理指标；

### 负责组织业务团队开展授信业务调查和贷后管理工作，防范处置业务风险
- 负责业务团队人员管理、队伍建设、培养发展、内控合规等工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 原则上需具有5年以上金融相关工作经验；
- 具备较强的市场开拓、管理协调和风险控制能力；
- 遵纪守法、身体健康、品行端正，具有良好的个人素养，无违纪及不良从业记录。
