## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责日常招聘工作开展（简历筛选、核人安排和入职安排等），招聘渠道管理、流程优化及追踪检视；
- 负责人员入职、转正、异动、离职等流程顺畅，相应维护PS系统岗位及职务数据，管理合同续签；
- 统筹员工福利管理，包括社保公积金、户籍、公租房、体检、综保计划等；
- 负责各类证明材料办理咨询与管理；
- 员工劳务纠纷或其他突发事件应对；
- 高校关系维护，校企合作活动策划开展。 任职资格 1.本科以上学历，有1-3年招聘运营岗工作经验，
