## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责寿险综拓渠道开拓、培训、激励方案宣导
- 渠道佣金费用结算、业务开展数据、问题件管理及沟通
- 协助渠道操作流程的规划和优化，渠道关系的维护
- 协助渠道客户、渠道接口人的日常沟通、反馈等
- 领导交办的其他工作 任职资格 1.大学本科及以上学历 2.金融类专业学习经验，有1-2年业务经验的优先考虑
