## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据总行法律合规部对机构的授权，按照制度规定对分行各项业务、法律文书开展法律合规评审工作；
- 参与相关业务规章制度、营销方案设计的法律合规评审工作；
- 关注法律法规及监管政策变动，及时准确解读并指导业务开展；
- 参与法律合规评审检查/调研，参与撰写检查报告/调研报告；
- 落实分管行领导及所在部门负责人交办的部门其他工作事务。 任职资格 1、5年以上金融机构法务或律师事务所相关工作经验，银行法务从业经验优先； 2、本科及以上学历，通过法律职业资格考试，并取得法律职业资格证书； 3、具备团队协作精神，善于解决问题，乐于沟通，认真细致，抗压力强，具备较强的书面表达能力； 4、具备良好的从业记录和职业道德，不存在被监管机构及原工作单位内部处罚记录。
