## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责向合作渠道宣导我行普惠金融业务规划及相关产品政策等，做好渠道培训支持及其他相关服务、按要求定期落实消费金融合作渠道检视管理等相关工作;
- 负责组建和管理业务团队，完成业务的跟进和推动达成创利、KPI指标、交叉销售业务目标;
- 落实合规及风险管理工作要求，确保业务团队合法合规。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历; 2、3年以上信贷业务经验，熟悉相关业务，有业务管理经验者优先； 3、具备优秀的团队管理能力和市场开拓能力，较强的风险识别和解决问题能力; 4、无违规违纪行为，无不良从业记录，责任心、纪律和合规意识强。
