## Job description

### 岗位职责 在遵守合规风险管理要求的前提下
- 负责团队业务发展规划；完成团队各项行为管理、质量管理、业绩管理工作；推动业务拓展，策划并组织所辖团队的营销活动，达成团队的销售任务。
- 负责团队人力发展规划；推动所辖团队建设、人才培养和内外部协调沟通；组织所辖团队的产品、技能、政策培训；实现团队的有效增员和优胜劣汰。
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保业务品质及合规服务，协调处理客户投诉。
- 完成上级单位分配的其他工作事项。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，取得基金证书。 2、有1 年以上相关工作经验，业务资源及市场开拓经验丰富，有较强的市场开拓能力、团队管理及组织能力。 3、3 年及以上营销经验，丰富的市场营销专业知识，熟悉各种金融产品及相关业务。 4、良好的职业道德，无不良信用记录。
